Add up what you pay today.
A typical stack is a project management app, an accounting package, an estimating spreadsheet, a time app and a phone system, none of them sharing data. Put in what you pay for each and see it next to your Cooper plan.

what changes
What your team stops doing.
The estimate, the PO, the submittal, the timesheet and the journal entry are the same records, so the work between tools goes away.
Owner
You find out how a job did after it's over.
Ask how the quarter looks and get project P&L, cash, and what you owe and are owed, traced to the ledger.
Estimator
Every bid starts from the last spreadsheet.
Drop in the spec set. Tony drafts a priced estimate with a cost basis on every line and flags what he couldn't price.
PM
Submittal status lives in email threads.
See what's late and who owes it, with the follow-ups already drafted.
Bookkeeper
Card charges get matched to receipts by hand.
Charges matched to receipts and invoices and posted to the books, with the leftovers listed and a reason for each.
Field
Paper timecards get retyped in the office.
Crews clock in from the phone. Time lands on the job and flows into payroll.
Billing
Pay apps are rebuilt from scratch every month.
Pay apps suggested from task progress, shared with the client by link, tracked to paid.
in every plan
Every module, every plan.

billed by use
Only what actually varies.
No charges for storage, database or API calls. Three things are billed by use, because their cost follows how much you use them.
AI beyond your allowance
Billed monthly at the provider's cost plus 50%. Set a monthly cap and Cooper stops there. Or bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or xAI key and pay the provider directly, with no Cooper markup.
Cooper Phone
Business numbers, calls, texts and AI calling, billed per number and per use.
Cooper Payments
Card and ACH payments from your clients, billed per transaction.
questions
Before you ask.
What counts as construction volume?
The value of construction work you expect to bill over the next 12 months. You tell us when you sign up, and we true it up once a year at renewal, never mid-year.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users: office staff, field crews, subcontractors and clients.
How does the AI allowance work?
Each plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage, enough for normal use by the whole team. Above it, usage is billed at the provider's cost plus 50%, and you can set a monthly cap. On any plan you can use your own provider key instead.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes. Prices shown are billed annually; month-to-month costs 20% more.
We're on Procore and QuickBooks today. What does switching involve?
Your projects, vendors, cost codes and open jobs come across during onboarding. Larger plans include data migration done for you.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Start a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed. We email you the day before it ends, then you pick a plan to keep going. Nothing is deleted. Prefer a guided look? Book a 30-minute walkthrough on your own spec set, estimate or card statement.
